NEW CRANE ORDER FOR 2019 PLACED FOR NEW LIEBHERR LTM 1090-4.2
Bryn Thomas Cranes Ltd is set to continue with its investment with new Liebherr products well into 2019. The new addition, the Liebherr LTM 1090-4.2, is due for delivery in the first quarter of 2019.
The new Liebherr LTM 1090-4.2 combines mobility, performance and economy at the highest level. It is economically mobile worldwide because it can be driven with 10 ton, 12 ton and 16 ton axle loads. With its ECOdrive and ECOmode, the LTM 1090-4.2 is operated extremely environmentally friendly, low on consumption and with low noise. The Liebherr innovations VarioBallast and VarioBase® cater for more performance, flexibility and safety.

The four axle LTM 1090-4.2 features a 100 tonne duty and is equipped with a 60 metre main boom and 16 metre bi-fold swingaway extension, providing a maximum tip height of 76 metres and a maximum radius of 62 metres. The crane has been equipped with Liebherr’s VarioBase outrigger set-up system which allows for asymmetric set-up of outriggers. The LTM 1090-4.2 will also be delivered with the new VarioBallast system and this machine is the first machine in the groups fleet to have this new system.
